1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WordCrafter AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WordCrafter AI is an AI-powered e-book creation platform that allows users to generate written content, design book covers, and format manuscripts using artificial intelligence. Features and usage limits vary by subscription tier.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refund Policy
All paid plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until canceled.
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any previous payments.
No-Refund Policy:
Payments are non-refundable once a book, manuscript, or other creative asset has been generated through the platform. This is because each AI-generated book, voiceover, or design constitutes a digital custom creation that cannot be "returned" or undone once delivered to your account.
Once the generation process completes, the data, text, and file outputs are permanently stored, processed, and made available to you — making refunds impossible without forfeiting system resources and intellectual property already consumed on your behalf.

Refunds will only be issued under the following limited conditions:
- Verified duplicate charges
- Technical errors on our system preventing you from accessing the Service
- A billing dispute caused solely by WordCrafter AI
Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the original charge.
WordCrafter AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for chargebacks, payment disputes, or misuse of the platform.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All original content you create using WordCrafter AI is owned by you.
You grant WordCrafter AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and host your content solely to operate the Service.
The AI models, source code, platform, and branding remain the intellectual property of WordCrafter AI.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Infringe copyrights or distribute plagiarized material
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all generated content are provided "as is" and "as available."
WordCrafter AI makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output
- The commercial or legal usability of generated materials
It is solely your responsibility to review and verify all content, including checking for plagiarism, factual accuracy, and copyright compliance, before publishing or distributing your work.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordCrafter AI, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WordCrafter AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from:
- Your use of the Service
- The content you create or distribute
- Your violation of these Terms
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
11. Modifications to Terms
WordCrafter AI may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on its website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
